The IPS support team is staffed with very knowledgeable technical and product specialists to provide you with service and support when you need it. Whether you notify us by our toll-free telephone line, by e-mail or by fax you can be assured of a prompt and helpful response.

Our staff usually responds to and resolves problems within minutes, not hours or days.

Standard Maintenance Support
Annual maintenance includes all telephone support and consultation during IPS's normal business hours 8:00AM - 6:00PM EST. Also, included are releases, modifications, updates and enhancements, which IPS elects to incorporate into its software products.

Premium Support
In addition to our standard support, you will receive a toll free telephone number with 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year support.
