Standard Maintenance Support
Annual maintenance includes all telephone support and consultation during IPS's normal business hours 8:00AM - 6:00PM Eastern Time. Also included are update and enhancement releases that IPS elects to incorporate into its software products.

Premium Support
In addition to our standard support, you will receive a toll free telephone number with 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year support.
