The MailMover comes in 2 parts: the folder and the paper feeder.

The folder is 6” H x 5.5” D x 12.5” W and weighs 9 lbs.

The Feeder is 6.8” H x 5” D x 13” W and weighs 1.7 lbs.

The MailMover case is 1/8” cream color plastic.

Power: 120v 60Hz power and is UL & CSA Approved.

On/Off: No switch. Turns on when a sheet is dropped in.

Speed: Folds a sheet in about one second.

Feed: Automatic. When you pick up on, it feeds one in.

Sheets per fold: One sheet per fold using the feeder. Up to 3 sheets can be inserted manually.

Capacity: 100 sheets of 8 1/2” x 11” 12-24 lb. paper.

How it works: Load up to 100 sheets in the paper tray and flip the lever. The MailMover automatically feeds and folds a sheet, leaving it in the output slot for pickup. Every time you pick up one, another sheet is fed in.

The MailMover is designed to facilitate stuffing envelopes. It feeds each sheet in for you and the envelope holder allows you to prearrange the envelopes. You pick up a folded sheet, place it in the waiting envelope, then flip the envelope up and repeat. This cuts envelope stuffing times dramatically, 100 bills, checks, or letters can be folded and stuffed in 5 minutes.

The MailMover is ideal for small business promotional mail, billing, dun notices and for every department in major corporations when high-speed inserter systems are occupied with long runs or down for servicing, repairs, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can the MailMover feed more than one sheet at a time?
A: No. It feeds single sheets only of letter size paper.

Q: What is the advantage of the feeder?
A: When you stuff envelopes, you do not have to put the paper into the folder. The feeder automatically does that. As you pick up a folded sheet from the MailMover, another one is fed in.

Q: What is the envelope holder for?
A: Before you stuff the envelopes, the holder allows you to put the flaps up, then arrange them so that you can easily stuff one, then flip it up and stuff the next sheet. It saves a lot of time.

The FD 612 folder inserter fits easily on any desk top. Its automatic setting makes it easy to use and allows the operator to load up to 100 envelopes at a time and operate at up to 1300 letters per hour. Unique sensing devices signal the operator if it runs out of materials so that improper inserting never occurs. What's more, no formal operator training is required and there are no adjustments to worry about. A simple well laid out control panel ensures that even first time users know what to do.
